Students worked in groups and made diffusion observations of a sugar in water and a drop of food coloring in water. After doing some research on the internet on diffusion, students produced a model on a poster that defined diffusion and explained it on a molecular level. They used their observations to support their model.
In their groups, students completed the first page of questions of the pogil.
