Today, students worked in groups to investigate how population growth is regulated. Student took a look and analyzed three models collaboratively. If you you were absent, the the packet is available on schoology Population Growth.
Next, we started the started our activity on how population dynamics affect the natural selection. Student groups cut open an okra vegetable and counted the seeds. The three classes I had today all stopped at different points.
2B: Has gathered information and filled out their data table.
3B: Has gathered information data, they are expected to created a model for their data and a mathematical equation that represents their data. Then, tell what their equation explains. This will be checked when they enter class.
4B: Finished all three models, and just had the chance to count their seeds.
DON”T FORGET THOSE LAB REPORTS ARE DUE BY THE END OF THE WEEK ON SCHOOLOGY!!
